We drill borewells in villages and communities that do not have access to drinking water. ASK does this in partnership with 'Wells for Life'. So far ASK in partnership with 'Wells for Life' has drilled more than 30 borewells in Dangs district of Gujarat. This includes Hand pump projects and submersible pump projects.
Bringing water to villages
 Jhawda English SchoolThis school is located in Jhawda village of Dangs district. It has around 400 residential children. ASK trust with the help of 'Wells for Life' was able to provide them a bore-well with submersible pump. this project was sponsored by BayHills Community Church, Jim and Robin Herd and Joyce Haivala |  Devdungra Village, Nashik DistrictThis Village has no electricity. the villagers have walk to the nearby village to get water. We were able to drill a bore-well and a submersible pump along with water tank. The villagers have rented a diesel generator. The project was funded by Jewelry Bee |  Gaiwan Village, Dangs districtThis project was made possible through the contribution of Renee and Dave Garnett. |  Sadarpada Village, Nashik districtThis well was the only source of water for this village. This picture was taken in the month of february, 2018. The well is already empty. the people have to buy water from the nearby town for the months of March, April, May and June, till the monsoon begins. We were able to drill a bore-well in this village.
